Series of digital drawings, referencing tea leaf reading and cloud watching, divination and the subconscious mind. The brewing of tea and coffee has always felt very cathartic and ritualistic, and tea has always meant a lot to me and my family.
My work often seeks to honour the seemingly insignificant, dedicating time and care to the ephemeral, the disposable. celebrating the every day. Society has trained us to expect constant happiness, but life is about stringing along small moments of joy, finding magic in nature and connections with one another.
